So I opened my chest of drawers yesterday and it seems I'm becoming more of a collector of artistic goodies instead of a user. You name it and I probably have it. What I have been lacking is the motivation to pick any of this stuff up.

I spend a whole load of my time flicking through mags and surfing the net. I'm in total awe of the stuff that is out there and I end up being totally disheartened and frustrated when my work compares by only a teeny tiny of a fraction.

But sitting here procrastinating isn't very good for my health, so I picked up my paint brush today and painted my first thing in a very long time. Its a start. Its not a work of art, but its a start...
